First Systems & Resources (FSR) offered a full complement of print management services – everything from concept and design to mailing and fulfillment- but the company’s bread and butter was commercial printing and promotional products. While excited about their ability to sell themselves as a full-service resource, FSR principals were concerned that outsiders saw the company as a jack-of-all-trades and master of none.

Good Soil recommended the formation a separate, specialized commercial printing and promotional products division within FSR. The agency leveraged the client’s keen knowledge of the industry landscape, great vendor relationships, and premium product offerings to create a well-defined, credible brand from the ground up.
